Leftover Mashed Potato Bites


  • 3 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons chopped chives
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg

Cooking Instructions

  1. Beat egg and mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl, save ¼ cup of the cheese for topping.
  2. Place on oiled baking sheet, either with an ice cream scoop or with generous rounded tablespoons.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
